As an Authentic Relating and Circling Facilitator, I'm known for modeling playfulness, embodied emergence, and the courage to lean into the messy, the erotic, and the liminal. I hand out permission slips for bold expression while simultaneously anchoring an atmosphere of compassionate self-acceptance. 

 

I believe that the story of who we are lays not in what we do, but in what we carry in our bones.

​I turned my quirky childhood penchant for organizing into a career, creating calm and order for over two decades in homes across Canada. I built and sold Calgary, Alberta's leading professional home organizing company and later founded a second award-winning organizing business in Guelph, Ontario, before relocating it to Victoria and Salt Spring Island, BC. I quickly came to understand that organizing is more than decluttering physical spaces; I was supporting people in letting go of what no longer served them, as they stepped into the life they desired.

 

Over time I found that my work as a "therapist in disguise" centered on one simple question: How might an environment better support the people in it? That same question mirrored what needed asking in my own life. And not just of my environment, but of my relationships too.

 

In 2016/17, a series of significant life transitions invited me into a period of deep inquiry and reinvention. I was healing a chronic pain illness when I was blindsided by my fiancé's infidelity in the midst of planning our wedding. At the same time, I was caring for a family member in addiction recovery and shortly afterward, a parent died from alcoholism. I've been shaped by endings that became doorways - by pain that stripped me of illusion and handed me truth, and by healing that unraveled me into mystery and showed me its miracles.

At retreat centres across North America I found a rich re-membering of what allows us to not merely survive, but to truly come alive. Near the end of what was a seven-year journey of soul initiation, I lit a metaphorical bonfire and tossed into it everything that wasn’t love. What remained was a deep appreciation for the spaces that sustain us, the relationships that nourish us, and the experiences that bring us back to ourselves.

My life was radically expanded by the diversity of modalities and people I encountered. I was determined to bring the wisdom I gathered to support others stepping into wholeness and alignment. This was how I found my way into facilitating relational experiences centered on presence, self-awareness, and embodied self-mastery.

 

Whether I'm editing a space, facilitating folks in the art of relating, or stepping into a new entrepreneurial venture, my instinct is the same: to understand what is needed, what is in the way, and what would allow more aliveness to flow through. I create the conditions for living well.

I value depth, beauty, freedom, and the curiosities of being human. I walk between worlds, exploring the threshold between what was and what is to come. I notice patterns, think strategically, and delight in bringing people together. Originally from Newfoundland, with a business degree from Memorial, I now call the west coast home, finding nourishment in wild nature, ecstatic dance, shared meals with friends, and sun-drenched wilderness adventures.​​
